	Folks who post advertising or commercial posts of any kind are banned from the system, reported to their ISPs and their posts removed. It is important that you become familiar with the rules of participation before you join in the conversations. By setting up an account and posting to our boards, you agree to abide by the rules as stated on this page. If you participate with common courtesy and respect for other users you will have no problem maintaining access to these services. NetManners.com also has a great article on Message Board & Forum Tips for your review. Policies and Guidelines: The Basics: Play nicely. Post in the appropriate category or your post will be moved. Duplicate postings in multiple categories will be deleted without notice. No unsolicited advertising. Advertising in the guise of a "post" will be deleted without notice. Our For Sale board is strictly for individuals selling personal items. You may put up to two short lines and two links in your signature. You may not adjust the font or size of your signature. Moderators will delete or edit signatures that don't conform, without notice. The moderators may delete or edit any signature or link that they deem inappropriate for the forum, for any reason whatsoever. If a signature has to be edited more than once for any reason, it will then be deleted without notice and the member will lose the opportunity to have a signature for an unspecified period of time. We are all adults, so we will act in a mature manner or be subject to editing by a moderator/administrator. We will not badmouth any other forum or forum member. Posts that do this, will be immediately deleted without notice. Please do not post the full text of an e-mail or an article, or post from another forum. You may summarize it in your own words and/or post a link to it, if it is relevant to the discussion. Anything posted in full that you did not write yourself will be deleted without notice. We reserve the right to edit and/or delete any posts for any reason we deem necessary without notice. Links to off-board images should only be to images stored on your own hosting account or with the permission of the site being linked to. If you don't have permission to link to other's off-board sites or images, don't do it. You Understand and Agree That: You expressly agree that the use of these resources and message boards are at your own risk. There is no way we can control other people's behavior or affect their level of maturity. We are purely offering a service that we expect all participants to use in the appropriate manner. The Webmaster at FastElectricRC.com is not responsible for any content found on the discussion boards. We are not baby sitters. However, we do monitor the boards daily and will immediately remove any post we deem is in any way offensive or unproductive. Advertising of any kind or spamming of our message boards is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be banned from our system and reported to their ISPs. You agree not to transmit any text that could be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. This includes trying to bypass our profanity filters by substituting letters. Those who insist on communicating with vulgarity will have their membership revoked. You agree not to harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort to other board participants. Harassing or heckling other users is also not acceptable. We try to keep an amicable and congenial environment here. Posts of that we deem as rude, unproductive or simply someone being a troll will be removed without notice. You agree to not use another person's name or identity also called "Imping". If you witness messages on the boards that violate these rules and conditions, please e-mail the offending person's identification and cut and paste the relevant content into an e-mail to admin@fastelectricrc.com. FastElectricRC.com cannot guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of your e-mail other than to review the situation and take the appropriate action that is within our control to control. PLEASE NOTE: This system is logged and all IP numbers are recorded. Any infractions of the rules noted above can result in the user being permanently banned from our system and their ISP contacted for further reprimand.
